The Label Advantage was founded in 1996 with the goal of producing labels of the highest quality with outstanding service that was second to none. This dedication fuels our annual growth. The challenge brought by this growth keeps our team of dedicated employees motivated to continually improve our procedures and processes, moving us toward our goal.

Although other companies have begun with a similar mission, what makes us different came from the owners’ hands-on experience in every aspect of label converting. Owners, Brian Patterson and Tom Weisner, took their 20 years of combined experience and created a locally owned and operated company that is designed with the customer in mind from the ground up.

Our name defines us in many ways. We know that you have no reason to give us your business unless there is an advantage in doing so. Tom began operating a label press in 1988 and was soon promoted to customer service manager. Later, he moved into managing the entire manufacturing process.

Brian’s career began in 1986 in a graphics department. From there, he progressed through press operation, production management, and plant operations.
